“And while He was at Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, as He was reclining at the table, a woman came with an alabaster flask of ointment of pure nard, very costly, and she broke the flask and poured it over His head.” Mark 14:3 Help us to be generous to God like the woman at Bethany. Break me of my selfishness. Do a deep work in my heart. Break me of my pride and anything that keeps me from knowing You.

Please support our Mexico Medical Mission Team in prayer Oct. 21-29. Pray for their protection, health, and to accomplish their purpose. They will be serving in the large clinic at the orphanage mission, at a new senior home to help the residents with medical and dental checkups, and at “New Beginnings” which is a facility for battered and abused women and children. The team members are Andrew Large, Erica Kennedy, Samantha Mastalish, Greg Bell, Barbara Brown, Nicole Kmet, Debra Simenc, Diane Rosenberg, Mary Jelich, John & Cheryl Watt, Brooke Ward, Sharee Mulhollen, Mari Janzer, Fred Timm, Kaye Dries, Tom Patnode, and Sue Jarvis.

“This, then, is how you ought to regard us, as servants of Christ and as those entrusted with the mysteries God has revealed.” 1 Corinthians 4:1 Pray all who meet today at Christ Church come with the blessing as servants of Christ. Pray God continues to reveal His mysteries with the purpose and His guidance of greater things.
